Mini Farm Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our mini farm website! By purchasing products, visiting our property for driveway pick ups, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Use & Information

All farm products, services, and information are provided in good faith, but “as is.” Farming involves natural variations, and we cannot guarantee absolute uniformity in weight, size, appearance, or yield. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

2. Sales & Finality

Final Sales: All sales are considered final once payment is received.

Live Animals: Poultry  and hatching eggs (when available) are sold without guarantee of productivity, fertility, temperament, or long-term health once they leave our care.

Perishable Goods: Poultry, hatching eggs, and fresh eggs intended for consumption cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom Orders (when made available): Deposits for special or pre-ordered items are non-refundable.


3. Liability Waiver

By purchasing on site:

You acknowledge the inherent risks of farm environments (animals, equipment, uneven terrain).

The farm and its owners are not liable for accidents, injuries, illnesses, or allergic reactions arising from consumption or use of farm products.

Customers agree to supervise children, respect posted rules, and assume all personal responsibility.


4. Legal Compliance

All products are sold in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Customers are responsible for knowing and following any laws or restrictions related to transporting, keeping, or consuming farm products in their area.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payment is required at the time of purchase. All sales are final.

We do not issue refunds.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.


6. Intellectual Property & Branding

Farm names, logos, images, and branded materials are the sole property of the farm and may not be copied, reused, or sold for any reason.

7. Privacy & Communication

Any personal information you provide (email, phone, address) will only be used for farm-related communication. We do not sell or share your details.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our products, services, or visits constitutes agreement with the updated terms.
